I am Head of the Residential Conveyancing department at Downie & Gadban and have over 20 years’ experience advising clients on all aspects of residential property including freehold and leasehold, new build developments, Help to Buy schemes, shared ownership schemes, re-mortgages and transfer of equity work.

As a conveyancer who has spent over two decades working in regional law firms, I am able to use my extensive experience to ensure that the process of buying or selling property is as smooth and stress-free as possible. BIOGRAPHY
In 1998 Tracey joined Mackarness & Lunt, Petersfield as a Probate Assistant. In 2002 Tracey moved to Biscoes, working as a Legal Executive. Tracey moved to Gray Purdue/Verisona Law, Waterlooville, (2003-2013) as a Legal Executive/Team Leader. Owen Kenny solicitors from (2013-2018) as a legal executive. In 2018 Tracey returned to Verisona law as Head of the Residential Property Department based at Waterlooville.
Tracey joined Downie & Gadban in 2020 to head the Residential Property Department.
