I am an Associate Member of the Institute of Legal Executives, working in the Wills and Probate team at Downie & Gadban. I am experienced in advising on and preparing Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney, as well as advising on Probate matters, Administration of Estates, Inheritance Tax and Estate Planning. I also deal with Court of Protection matters where Deputyship is required.
While I started my legal career in residential conveyancing, I have focused mainly on private client work for the last 14 years.
