I am a property solicitor with over 12 years’ experience in residential property. I deal with all aspects of residential property including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, new builds and transfers of part.
Prior to joining Downie & Gadban, I spent 10 years with a large South East law firm, acting for private individuals and investment companies.

With over a decade’s experience working in busy residential conveyancing departments, she is able spot potential problems early and avoid them where possible, solve them swiftly if they do arise, and proactively move matters along.
BIOGRAPHY
Lucy qualified in March 2016, having trained at Gaby Hardwicke Solicitors in East Sussex.
In December 2021, she moved to Winchester. She joined Shentons Solicitors in 2022, working in their Residential Property team.
Lucy joined Downie & Gadban in January 2025.
