I am a conveyancer specialising in property development and commercial property. I also deal with residential conveyancing. I act for a variety of clients including developers, investors, landlords, tenants and private individuals.

Prior to joining Downie & Gadban in 2020, Meg spent over three years with a Top 100 UK law firm, acting for a variety of clients ranging from private individuals to major national housebuilders. She also has experience dealing with plot sales in London and Hampshire.
Meg enjoys working on fast-paced transactions and is adept at meeting tight timescales. She makes the effort to understand her clients’ needs to enable her to provide them with a professional yet personal service, ensuring that they are kept regularly informed throughout their transaction.
BIOGRAPHY
In December 2016, Meg joined the Plot Sales team at Moore Blatch LLP in Southampton as a Plot Sales Assistant. The following year, she began acting for national housebuilders, selling new build homes.
In August 2017, Meg started studying with CILEx to become a Chartered Legal Executive.
In October 2018, Meg moved into the New Build team at Moore Blatch. Here she acted for private individuals (including many first-time buyers), guiding them through the process of purchasing new build homes from national housebuilders and dealing with remortgages and Help to Buy loan repayments.
Meg joined Downie & Gadban in Alton in May 2020 as a conveyancer in the Property Development/Commercial Property team, where she acts for developers, investors, landlords and tenants, as well as private individuals. She is also currently continuing her studies with CILEx.
